focused on meeting project goals.


Project Efficiency:
Manage resources and time to keep projects within budget and on schedule. Prioritize tasks to
ensure deadlines are met.


Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused:
Maintain high standards for workmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that projects are
completed to specification.


Strong Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate with clients, the office team, and crew members. Provide clear
instructions and updates to avoid misunderstandings.


Problem-Solving Ability:
Proactively identify potential project challenges and resolve them in a timely manner to avoid
delays or cost overruns.


Commitment to Safety:
Lead by example in upholding safety standards. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
and that the site is safe for workers and clients alike.

Ensure that clients are satisfied with the work by maintaining high levels of professionalism,
addressing concerns quickly, and delivering a quality final product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Oversight:
Supervise daily operations on landscaping job sites, ensuring all tasks are completed according
to the project plan, schedule, and quality standards.


Team Management:
Lead, direct, and motivate landscaping crews on-site. Assign tasks based on team members’
strengths and project needs. Ensure productivity and quality standards are met.


Quality Control:
Perform regular quality checks during landscaping projects to ensure work meets company and
client expectations. Address any issues immediately.


Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all team members adhere to safety standards and regulations on-site. Conduct safety
briefings and monitor safe work practices daily.


Material & Equipment Management:
Oversee the delivery and use of materials, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that
equipment is maintained and safe for operation.


Client Liaison (on-site):
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site. Address any client concerns and
provide updates on project progress, timelines, and any changes.


Documentation & Reporting:
Complete daily or weekly reports on project progress, work completed, materials used, and any
issues encountered. Report on crew performance and any delays or challenges.


Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
Identify and address any issues or delays, from unexpected weather conditions to material
shortages. Quickly implement solutions to keep projects on track.


Coordination with Office/Admin Teams:
Communicate project needs, schedule changes, and other logistics with the office admin team to
ensure proper planning and resource allocation.
