Estimate:


Estimate/Scope Of Work: Contractor Agrees To Perform The Following
Work. This Is Only An Estimate And Is Subject To Change. Unforeseen
Issues Or Challenges Are Common Around The Home. If Additional Labor
Or Material Are Required To Complete The Project, We Will Notify You
And Seek Approval Before Continuing. This Estimate Is Only Valid 30 Days
From Initial Quote Date.

Payment:


Deposites Are Required In Order To Schedule The Work. A Flexible
Payment Schedule Is Available Upon Request. A Typical Payment Schedule
Would A 1/3 Upon Acceptance, 1/3 Upon Delivery, And 1/3 Upon Completion.

Responsibilties Of Contractor:


We Agree To Provide All Labor, Materials And Tools Necessary For The
Completion Of Work. We Will Comply With All Applicable Laws,
Regulations, And Industry Standards. Maintain A Clean And Safe Work
Environment Throughout The Duration Of The Project; And Obtain Any
Necessary Permits, Unless Otherwise Specified.

Responsibilities Of Client:


*Client Agrees To Ensure The Project Site Is Accessible And Provide Any
Necessary Utilities


*Provide Timely Decisions And Approvals To Avoid Delays


*Make Payments As Per The Agreed-Upon Schedule.

Warranty:


Covered Services:


Plant Installation 1yr – Covers Trees, Shrubs, And Flowers If They Die
From Natural Causes


Hardscaping 5yrs. (Pavers, Patios, Walls) – Covers Settling, Cracking, Or
Loose Pavers


Exclusions:


Damage From Animals


Weather – Related Issues (Storms, Floods, Droughts)

Improper Care Or Neglect


Unauthorized Modifications


Vandalism


Customer Responsibilities: Customers Must Notify Us As Soon As An Issue Arises And
Within The Active Warranty Period. Claims Submitted After The Warranty Expires Will Not Be
Eligible.

Cancellation Policy:


Either Party May Terminate This Agreement By Providing Written Notice. If
The Agreement Is Cancelled By The Client After Work Has Commenced,
The Client Agrees To Pay For All Labor And Materials Incurred Up To The
Cancellation Date.


Liability And Insurance:
The Contractor Is Fully Insured And Will Provide Proof Of Insurance If
Requested By The Client. The Contractor Is Not Responsible For Any
Damages Or Injuries Resulting From The Client’s Actions Or Neglect
During The Course Of The Project.
